Any False statement given will result in the disqualification of all rights to participate in the CONTEST.

WE HAVE A NO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR BASHING OF CONTESTANTS, PLACING, JUDGING, OR THE PAGEANT FOR ANY REASON.

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or accept application received without any reason given and all entry fee are nonrefundable.
2. The organizer shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these rules and conditions. decision of the organizer shall be final and binding and anyone who fails to abide by the RULES AND CONDITIONS shall be DISQUALIFIED Automatically.
3. The organizer shall not be responsible for any money or valuable belongings lost by the contestant during the pageant.
4. In the event that any winner is unable to fulfill her obligations in regards to the Rules and Conditions, the organizer reserves the right to re-confer the award to the first or the second runner-up.
5. Contestants are Responsible for their Transportation to the Host Community except in the case of Sponsors assisting with VANS
6. Any Fighting or Quarreling during the Phase of this Pageant will attract removal of contestants involved from this Contest.
7. All Contestants are equal before Miss Fashion & Style Nigeria Organizing Team and so there is no preferential treatment to anyone.

If you feel there is a discrepancy with the pageant results or directing of the pageant please contact us directly and we can help explain and work through the problem without any negative attitudes. If we observe or have any evidence of Bashing then you will be disqualified from our system until you are approved to re-enter through the pageant director.
